My realtor, Kara, was extremely friendly and patient with me as I bought my first home. She set me in in a beautiful farm house outside of Madison that we found for a very affordable price. She also went out of her way to give the deal a personal touch with a house warming gift. In just the couple of months that I worked with Kara, I felt like we were good  friends by the signing. If I move, or buy a rental property ever in the future, I will definitely be visiting Kara at Mad City Dream Homes again.

What a wonderful real estate group. Shelley Lazzareschi and her team did a wonderful job in helping me purchase my home. She genuinely had my best interest at heart, was informative, very knowledgeable about the market, and available at all hours of the day! She listened to me, knew what I want, and went out and found it. Even after my offer was accepted, Shelley continued being just as helpful up until the closing date. So painless and simple! Shelley and team, thank you! Owning is so much better than renting!!!

I moved out of Wisconsin and then decided to sell our condo. Got in contact with our agent Shelley Lazzareschi over the email. At first I was very skeptical about how this will go as I wasn't physically present in Madison. But I should say my agent exceeding my expectations and did more than what we asked for. She has taken care of everything from having the condo painted, fixing the doors, replacing the windows and thermostats everything. Highly dedicated and motivated towards taking care of her client. Definitely couldn't have asked for anyone better. I ended up doing a remote closely and everything went smooth. Shelley and her team did a fantabulous job. Thank You Again for everything

We recently worked with Dan Miller and Tammy Steiner to sell our home in Janesville.  We had previously listed the home with a flat fee agency for 6 months without any success.  The marketing strategy that Mad City Dream Homes put together really turned things around and resulted in 3 offers within the first couple of weeks with their team!    They went above and beyond to help us get the highest price and to help make the sale go smoothly.  Highly recommended!
