We worked with Michael Schuster and Phyllis James and had a wonderful experience!  It was our first time buying a home and they made it go so smooth.  At the end of the experience there was no doubt in my mind, we were doing the right thing.  Phyllis and Michael were both available to answer any of our questions, at any time. 

Even after purchasing our new home Michael was able to recommend people to assist with the changes we wanted to do with the home.  It made the stress, of having to find painters/flooring that were reasonable and reliable, go away. 

I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Michael Schuster was extremely unprofessional during our home build. We end up in litigation with him...made the experience very stressful and unenjoyable....wouldn't recommend him to do business with to my worst enemy.
