Heather, the pharmacist, is wonderful. Always fast and responsive to any Rx issues I have. Overall a great experience. Free delivery too. Would highly recommend.

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for quite sometime. I have never had a time where I brought in a prescription at they didn't stock the medication. They have always stocked every prescription I brought to them. They also fill the scripts fast, it usually takes less than 30 minutes. I have a chronic condition and I am treated at Mount Sinai hospital and this pharmacy is conveniently across the street. I go to the doctor there once a month and its great that all I have to do is cross the street and I can easily get my medications filled while I wait or while I have pizza across the street. The people that work there are wonderful and extremely helpful as well. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area or to anyone who can't get their medications at the big chain pharmacies.

My experience with the pharmacy and its personnel here is just fine!  They are very professional and helpful.  For my money, they deserve top rating!

My review focuses on the pharmacy only, not the store part.

By most measures this pharmacy is atrociously bad. Customer service is beyond subpar. While they often have the right drug in stock and at a decent price, it is depressing to go here.

The store has a very funky smell and wait times at the pharmacy are usually naught. However, servicing a single customer takes ultra long so if even two people are waiting, you're looking at least 7-10 minutes. Normally, not a big deal but this location is near the hospital and people aim to get in and get out in a timely fashion.

They've lost my prescription twice. A major hassle.

The anonymous "google user" leaving rave reviews is the a-hole pharmacist tooting his own horn.  Yes, we know who you are. When someone wants their records, you give it to them and you zip it.
