Chose Madonna Rose on last Sunday morning around 10am  because we had heard it was great food.  From the minute we walked in- we were disappointed.  Every.single.aspect of our visit was poor.  No one greeted us, waitress didn't want to seat us, no one wanted to wait on us.  Didn't take drink orders.  Eventually brought 3 water glasses for our table of 5.  She finally took our order- and after 45 minutes we asked our waitress to check on our food.  The restaurant was completely full - someone at every table- and not one table had food.  She never came back with an update.  3 tables around us who have been there 30 minutes less than us get food.  Maybe 10 minutes later she brings our food.  One of 5 plates actually had warm food on it- the other 3 cool to the touch and one actually cold.  The 2 kids meals were sad sad cold little meals.  It looked like one egg had been divided in half for each plate.  Thin 2 inch wide strip of ham.  4 inch diameter pancake.  Sad!  Not one positive in our trip there- nothing.  Not one person in the place interested in how our experience was.  Not the waitresses, not the cashier.  No one.  Would NOT recommend- and will NOT go back.

Wasn't the best food, kids meals are over priced considering how tiny the portions are and its all boxed generic food not even my food was anything to make me feel I need to come back here.  The corn tasted as if it had sat on the heat to long and my baked potatoe was way beyond baked I couldn't even eat the skin. My sons pizza was hard and had so much grease ugh. The menus aren't even accurate and the waitress who I guess was new has a horrible table side manner as she complained loudly how stupid she looks that the menu isn't correct or calling across the room to customers. The place is in shambles. They need to close renovate both the food and the place itself. Definetly not worth coming back. I'd rather the horizon restaurante for a great stand out mom and pops place... Nice try :(
