The reason for the four star rating is because they need a larger location.  Or...another location.  I do appreciate the kindness offered by the service staff.  Favorite foods include their autumn squash soup and cinnamon bagel.

Wow, so my work closes gaming related ports on their wifi so I went looking for someplace to download a new purchase from steam on my laptop. I was hoping for 1mb/s download speeds, got 6 average here, SIX. On free internet! And to boot, they are super friendly, brought me this delicious sandwich and smoothie. New hangout place for after work when I'm in town. Nice work Panera.

This is not the first time but everytime I go through the drive through our order is messed up. 

Today I ordered 2 - pick two meals. Didn't ask if we wanted drinks. 
Didn't ask if we wanted chips baguette or apple. 

Went to pay window, still didn't ask about the chips, apple or baguette so I asked him. Wanted one baguette and chips. 

Didn't ask for phone number to get Panera rewards. Had to tell employee to enter my phone number. He did, I got a free bagel. Told him what kind and asked for it to be sliced. 

Get order. Go home. 

We got two baguettes , no chips. 
Didn't slice the bagel. 
No coutons for onion soup. 

Thanks Panera bread in Sioux City for the bad service and your welcome for helping your employee do his job at the drive thru even though he can't listen.

I usually don't really have complaints about Panera Bread but lately they keep messing up every order I make. Today I ordered a salad and when I got home on the other side of town to eat it, I realize they gave me the wrong salad AND forgot dressing.
