Great tasting Filipino food in cafeteria style point and choose your one, two, or three sides on a plate with well cooked quality white rice and comfortable seating inside a mini Asian grocery. Friendly staff to old customers but a bit stoic towards new customers. Honesty system as you declare what you ate when you check out did not work out well for the three of us that despite the cashiers curiosity as to how 3 people could have eaten so much food we ended up paying without question. Despite the good food it was hard to get rid of the bitter taste of being overcharged!

We were there yesterday with friends for lunch. The food is delicious, even ordered more food to take home. It's worth the trip and will definitely be back soon.

Good food but it's not like the traditional restaurant experience which I didn't like. For example when I walked in, there was nobody to explain to me how the restaurant works -- that made me confused. In a traditional restaurant, someone would have told me how the restaurant works and given me a menu of some sort. I found out that you get a tray and tell the person behind the counter what you want.

April 20, 2018 was my first time to eat at MaeMax Market. I was greeted enthusiastically by husband and wife team Chris and Malo. When I asked if they know how to make fresh kilawing isda, without hesitation, they made it even though it's not in their menu. I came back the next day with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. Needless to say all of the 10 items that I ate and took home are very delicious. My daughter who has been longing for filipino food is very impressed. The service was fast, professionally handled and excellent...indeed.

So many choices of Filipino food. You can call in and order for parties and office potlucks. They also cater for parties. Must go, if you like Filipino food, e.g. Adobo, Pancit. 'Love their Pancit Palabok, Sisig, Halo halo, Turon.
