After leaving Sunday mass for my husband's grandmother, I was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision. In the blink of an eye, a driver's negligence turned my whole life around. Medical care from a number of specialists resulted in an avalanche of medical bills. Overwhelmed with two kids and disabled by my injuries, I came to realize that I needed the best legal advice to advise me through these troubling times. They have removed the burden of the medical and legal process so that I may heal without worries in hopes of one day returning to my prior, normal life. The Maggiano, DiGirolamo, & Lizzi law office has been nothing short of amazing! All the members of their team have been outstanding from the beginning to the end. There were many struggles along the way with our situation, but they were right there when I needed them. As a person who has never needed a service of any lawyer, I had a ton of questions before and during the entire process, and I must say that Michael, Linda, Chris, and everyone else there, have all been straight shooters when it comes to the business. I would call/email them several times per day sometimes throughout the entire case and someone was always there to reply promptly and accurately each time. They do not mind going above and beyond for their clients which is honestly a rare thing to find in any professional line of work.

If you're looking for a law firm with an amazing track record and who come highly recommended (even by other lawyers which I've spoken with in court during the case), look no further! I was in a very serious automobile collision caused by a driver that ran a stop sign. I was taken to local hospital and was admitted and seen by many specialists.   I was devastated as I had a child in high school and my own side business in addition to a full time job.  I could not do anything.  From the hospital I was sent to a rehab center. After  one week in the hospital and two and a half weeks in rehab, I was sent home  to rest and follow up in physical therapy.  It did not end there. I have had a number of surgical procedures including a triple level fusion to my neck. So many medical bills, so many problems with disability insurance. If it were not for my lawyer I would be out in the street. Michael Maggiano saw to it that my insurance stood tall and covered my bills. He made sure I had the disability insurance pay what I was entitled. He saw to it my care complete and uninterrupted.   He  made sure I was given a home care aid as I was not able to even take care of my self. 

He handled my law suit to conclusion, refusing all offers that he told me were not fair. I trusted his judgement and continued to the end. The outcome was right. I and my family are protected for life. Thank you Mr. Maggiano.
