Lloyd Bennett is the principal owner and founder of Lloyd E. Bennett, Esq., P.C. which has been located in Hudson County, N.J. since inception. He has been practicing law in New Jersey since 1987. He is a immigration and personal injury lawyer,.

Lloyd is actively involved on with the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and was the Chapter Chair for 2011-2012 and a board member for several years before that.

He frequently attends meetings with the USCIC District Director and her staff at the Newark District office along with the Field Office Director and his staff of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Newark Field Office.

For the past several years he has taken the fight for comprehensive immigration reform to Washington, D.C. where he lobbied for change on behalf of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and met with the House Members from New Jersey including Senator Menendez, and Congressman Sires.

Lloyd was recognized by his peers and included in the list of Super Lawyers in 2008-2014 for his work as an immigration lawyer in New Jersey. He was also included in the Best Lawyers list since 2013.

Lloyd is a 1987 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in 1984. He is the third generation attorney practicing law in New Jersey. His grandfather and father were well respected attorneys in the community they served in NJ.

I highly recommend Yolanda to anyone who needs an immigration lawyer you can trust and relay on. She is caring, kind and professional. We had the most difficult immigration case, our mother is an older adult, she felt very frustrated, helpless and depressed for we did not see any hope for our case until the Good Lord guided us to Lloyd E. Bennett, Esq to find Yolanda. A waiver was needed to get an approval. Attorney Yolanda Mendoza took our case and worked with such care, dedication and skill that you can only find in books about unique lawyers. Extreme hardship waiver was approved and green card was obtained. Yolanda is not only a great professional, but a friend and counselor. Attorney Bennett's office worked on my husband's case to close out removal proceedings and file my petition for him for permanent resident. From day 1 until we were back in the states with my husband's green card approval, Attorney Bennet's office was at our side every step of the way.
