What a great costomer service! It was my first time there. Food was good. After our meal a manager came over and greeted us. Since it was my first time he gave us a little bag filled with goodies. I've been to many restaurants but first time somebody did something special like that.

The experience over the weekend was terrible. Poor communication and acknowledgment of guests. Had a reservation for 830PM where somehow we don’t get checked in and other party’s where being seated. But things got worse once we made a comment and finally sat at table “72”. At the table our server did not even acknowledged us after waiting 15-20 minutes. We sat there almost staring at him to get his attention which no luck. After being so frustrated with the service and lack of. We walked out and ended up going to another nearby restaurant.  It’s a shame we had this experience as I have been here in the past and recall good food and service.

My wife and I were given a gift card to Maggiano's. It was our first time there. The waitress was amazing and made sure we were comfortable also asked if either one of us had seafood allergies in which case I am we were visited by the head chef which made sure the food was made seprate from any shell fish. That to me is above and beyond from a ton of places we had dinned at. We were also visited by the general manaher that made sure all was well with us and the meal we ordered. Great job to the staff at Maggiano's.

Used to be much better. It's like an expensive olive garden or macaroni grill.  Very disappointing

I made a dinner reservation for a birthday hours in advance. In the reservation I gave specific details about when we would arrive, and that I wanted to surprise my guest with a cheesecake for dessert. Also, I made it clear that I wanted a candle in the dessert and for the servers to sing. Unfortunately when we arrived, on time, we waited over 20 minutes to be seated. That's not the bad part though. They forgot the dessert for my guest's birthday! I mean the staff completely forgot it! Meanwhile, all around the dinning room, people's birthdays were being celebrated and recognized by the Maggiano's staff. I hoped that this restaurant would complete the night for my guest and I as we celebrated the birthday, unfortunately, Maggiano's did not do that. I was very disappointed in their lack of communication, reservation management and their inconsideration. Birthdays only come once a year.
