I had a great experience here. I have been here 3-4 times while writing this review. The service and staff were great each time.  It gets a little crowded during the weekend and dinner time. Great place and food.

We went to Maggiano's carryout and - despite double  checking the order - they forgot our salad. We decided to go back and pick it up, and to make it up to us they removed the salad from the bill, gave us two salads, and incuded two nice entrees...all free of charge. The manager even offered to walk the food out to the car! They made a simple mistake on a busy Saturday evening and went the extra mile to make things right. Plus it was good food.

My granddaughter and i stopped at this restaurant because in the past we had good service and we wanted pasta.  The last time i ate at this restaurant they couldn't fix my salmon with out burning it.  I decided to give them another try but it was not good.  The dishes were dirty, i had to wait for utensils so i could eat, the food was not that good and the waiter did not give us the full service experience that other tables were getting.  I will not be giving this restaurant another try.  I Don't know what happen to the excellent service that this restaurant use to give.  What a shame.

Had a great experience on New Year’s weekend. They were completely packed but the service was great and accommodating. Thank you to Mark And Kris for a great dining experience.

I had Thanksgiving dinner at Maggiano's on Thursday. They offered a special menu served family style for $40/person. I was a little put off by the price at first. However, we had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and bountiful. The service by Donika was professional and absolutely perfect. Everyone was cordial and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We had such a good time we hope to make this a new Thanksgiving tradition!
