After making an appointment for an estimate the sales representative came and surveyed the project and failed to give me an estimate after two weeks.
I called the office to follow-up and was told I would receive the bid by the end of the day, and never received it. I got the feeling they were too busy and just didn't feel like being bothered. My business was their loss. Another company happily did the roof for me.

Frank, Ovideo and Jose did a fantastic job - the roof work was completed on schedule and looks great. I would recommend Maggio to anyone, anytime.

Maggio truly is Washington DC's best roofing experience. From Steve's comprehensive roof inspection to his carefully crafted proposal; and from Luis' team's craftsmanship to its spotless cleanup, Maggio provides more attention to detail than any contractor/company we've worked with--it's quite refreshing. Steve told us, "You get what you pay for." We got the works. We genuinely feel like we now have a partnership for the rest of the roof's life. In fact, two days after our roof was installed, a bad storm hit our neighborhood. Antonio came and inspected the work again and assured us it was as good as installed. Again, we have piece of mind knowing this positive partnership will last for decades to come. Thanks, Team Maggio!

Great job, great service!   THANK YOU FRANK AND JOSE!   These guys could not have been any better!  They showed up early, which was such a nice surprise.  They were professional, thoughtful and thorough.They explained the job thoroughly to me, walked me thru each step they were doing.  They didn't waste any time getting started and moved quickly.  They cleaned up completely when they were done.  Overall, they could not have been any nicer and more professional.   They were great!   Again, thank you and thanks to all the crew at Maggio!

We were struggling with squirrels in the attic of a rental house we own and I couldn't get other companies to even come out and look at the problem.  I had to wait a little bit to get on Maggio's schedule, but once I did they fixed the problem quickly. I own a few properties and have used them before. I will make them my default roofing service in the future.  They are just better than other companies I've used.
