You have to take care of your feet, and this place does just that. Best of all, its BYOB. That's right. Nothing makes me feel more like a man than sitting back in a massage chair, getting my feet rubbed by a woman and drinking a 12 pack of Sam Adams. Highly recommend and make sure you try the paraffin treatment. Its a man thing (at least that's what I tell myself).

I came in today for a waxing of eyebrow and chin. We all know the drill this is something ladies deal with biweekly. I went in and sat in the chair in the waxing area as I sat a woman came in and said and said in a huff Come in here as if I was annoying her. Due to it raining I proceeded to align my feet at the bottom of the spa bed so I wouldn’t get dirt on the bed. She barks at me Lay down please. Like I’m aware I need to lay down but had she took a moment to actually look at me she would have known. She asked was I doing eyebrows and I stated eyebrows and chin. So she proceeds to do the eyebrow portion barely applying any techniques just moves the stick along my eyebrow and then apply the paper to remove each eyebrow she pushed my head to the side roughly and I could feel she had an attitude of some sort. But I thought maybe I was just being sensitive. She moves to the chin where she applies MORE THAN Enough wax and then is applying enough pressure to the wax paper where it feels like she is hitting me the whole time. Pretends to do the clean up with the tweezers. And then barely wipes me down with the lotion to remove the wax. She hands me the mirror I nearly threw it down my eyebrows were NOT CLEANED UP or EVEN EVEN!!!!!! She waxed UNDER MY LIP WHERE THERE WAS NO HAIR! And then there was wax everywhere still on my face by eyebrows and on my chin. I paid and left but decided to turn around and address it with the manager and she basically IGNORED ME!! I saw how they were speaking and acting towards the other patrons and came to the conclusion since I was BLACK that’s the reason they treated me soo poorly. I can’t believe this I was completely appalled by their service today.

Baffled by the positive reviews.. Maybe people are mesmerized by the numerous crystal chandeliers here and they aren't thinking clearly? This place is a zoo. If you're looking for a relaxing experience go elsewhere. The prices are more than your average nail salon and nothing here warrants that. My pedicure was a joke. It was more of a polish change. The nipping of my cuticles was done carelessly and I was pinched a few times because of that. The leg and foot massage was so pathetic. It involved applying lotion to my legs and mindlessly slathering it around for 5 minutes (while the technician was transfixed to the television above me). Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly annoying. The no chip I received was fine. Slight pooling of polish on the edges of my nails which is unacceptable. The technician was more interested in people watching than focusing on my nails. Disappointed. Not worth $70. Won't be back.

I won’t go anywhere else!! I drive 45 minutes to get the best no chip manicure/pedicure, it’s worth the drive.
