Been here twice, both times service was good and the wait was short. However the haircuts were bad. When I asked to feather the front she asked what I meant by that. Afterwards someone pointed out a patch in the back that was too long. You're better off finding another place or giving a pair of scissors to a buddy.

WORST PLACE, WORST SERVICE, i went for a hair cut and i got destroyed for good, went back and told her that my hair is messed up good on the back, and she tried to fix it, but apparently she was not able because she couldn't glue it back and made it even worst, and everything looked fine to her. After the third time i gave up and went to  "Sport Clips" at least they are professionals and did the impossible to fix the mess that she did.

I will not give a single star but unfortunately I have to in order to put up my review but this salon does not deserve a single star. I went to this salon showed a picture of a hair cut I wanted to the guy that checked me in and asked many times are you sure you can do this and I asked because I have had bad experiences before and they said yes which was perfect.A young girl took me i showed her the picture she said she can do it .She kept cutting and at one point i was going to say something but hey what do I know they should know its their job.Once she was done she asked the guy that checked me in to check her work and he approved it.I also asked for a blow dry and style and I asked for a bob and I did not get it blow dry was super bad the back was not styled correctly i have so many layers on the sides that do not connect there are a bunch of short pieces the bob from the back was not connected to the front .I am super upset especially because I pay for the service and I asked multiple times if it can be done and she seemed confident not! I will not come here or any other super cuts and I will make sure to spread the word.SO bad I wish i seen the bad work they did before going home.So mad!

I walked in and Frank, the barber, told me one person was in front of me. I said I will wait. When my turn was next, he tells me there is another person and then he is going home. So, I went with next available barber as I felt I was lied to. The barber who cut my hair didn't bother to listen what I wanted. Then when I was done I see Frank working on his third customer. He should have left for home by now, right? What a jerk (pardon my french). I expect this from a punk but not from a season veteran. I reckon the leopard cant hide its spots. There is a word called principle in the dictionary.  I guess it doesn't apply to this place.

They just don't know their job. No finesse, no skill. The lady trimming my hair was literally I looking at something else in totally opposite direction while working on my bangs and ended up cutting them way too short. I had to wait almost half an hour already coz they were all too lazy to take upon the next person waiting.
