NEVER going anywhere else! This is my third time here and every time I have brought them something different and they have always amazed me. 

I brought in my leather breif case for them to fix the handle and they did a superb job. Then I brought them in some shoes I wanted a different color. Again amazing. And this last time I brought them some boots to have fixed, and they are fantastic! 
I must admit the parking is a little tough, but totally worth it!

Quick, friendly, and fast! Love taking all my shoes and boots here! I've also had my belts and purses worked on. Also took my uggs in and they stitched and shampooed them and they look brand new!! Highly recommended

This place has the worse customer service. Theyve had my shoes for about 3 months now and still havent called me to get them. I try calling and all they do is put me on hold and never answer the phone. Also there phone messaging system is full so theres no way to get ahold of them. Makes me wonder if they never have time to get back to there clients who call them since their mailbox is full and u cant leave a message. They have no way for you to contact them so have fun trying to get ahold of someone. When i first went in they seemed like people i can trust but i definately wont be taking anymore of my shoes here. Hopefully they can get back to me so i can pick up my shoes. Also there were times that i went there to check to see if they were ready but they were either closed because they have weird ass hours or they would tell me they werent ready. This place sucks please start answering your phones and stop keeping peoples shoes for longer then you have to

I just brought in several pairs of my shoes. And they made them look new! Soles and heels!!! Love this place
