So, I called them out yesterday. After an hour and a half, I was told the problem was fixed. It cost $235. I was told AFTER the work that there was no guarantee on the work (I had a slow draining sink). I also was told that the serviceman had broken a piece off the dishwasher under the sink, but he had "rerouted and attached" everything. Last night I  went out for dinner.  This morning my sister went to use the sink for the first time since the  "repair ". Guess what? Less than 24 hours later the sink was backing up again.  Furthermore,  they want to charge us for another service call. Then if they leave and it happens again, it's a third service call. Unprofessional.  Shady. Incompetent.

We just remodeled our kitchen and needed the faucet and garbage disposal connected to the new sink.  My husband has had both knees replaced and he no longer has the flexibility to do the job.  I'd noticed The Maglish truck quite often in my neighborhood doing work for other neighbors so I called them.  They sent out Jesse to do the work.  He showed upon time and was very efficient on the job.  The next day I noticed a leak under the sink. I called Maglish back explaining the problem and Jesse arrived within a very short time to see to it.  The problem was not the quality of the work but a hose that had sprung a leak.  Jesse replaced the hose and no more leak. Thank you Jesse!  

This company really stands behind their work and their customer service is the best.  I will being using them again in the future when the need arises.

Both Tom M, Tom P.  as well as Dominic were fantastic. We are having our basement finished and needed some things rerouted. They used their expertise, provided us with a suggested resolution and has completed efficiently. They started the work on time and totally cleaned up before they left the house... When I would ask questions they would explain in detail the answer given. Both my wife and I are very satisfied with services rendered. Thank You And God Bless

It was cold and November, I was home sick after surgery, and my furnace wasn't working,  I looked Maglish up on Angies List and called them (this was my first experience with Maglish).  

The first gentleman came by and told me I was lucky I didn't die from Carbon Dioxide poisoning due to the fact that there was a crack in the furnace.   Under the circumstances I needed a new furnace.

I think because they understood that I needed a furnace immediately, they started immediately.    My situation was that I had a 40+ year old furnace that they don't make  in that size (14") anymore.  But that's all I had room for.   The Maglish employee stayed at my house all day... building me a custom furnace.

I was totally amazed and impressed by their dedication to getting me set up and the quality of work put into the effort.   I've seen (and had) issue with contractors in the past where they don't clean up after themselves or they seem to pull something over on you.   But that didn't happen.  This was a very up-and-up experience.

The furnace is working great a year later.   Not a single problem.  I couldn't be happier.
