I've been very pleased with the Magnolia team's commitment to quality service and customer care.  I called on a Friday morning for a routine inspection of my heating system and Carlos R. arrived later that afternoon.  He diagnosed the issues and explained them very clearly.  He gave me an estimate for repair and presented options.  He arranged with the dispatcher so that he could make the repairs the following Monday.  He arrived on time with all the parts in hand that he needed to order.  During the repair work, he discovered that the galvanized pipe to the heating system was completely blocked, and arranged for a Magnolia plumber to come in. Jermaine arrived and followed the same procedures as Carlos did to diagnose the issue and quote a separate price and time estimate.  By the end of the evening, I had a fully functioning heating system, at a pre-agreed price.  I feel that Magnolia has worked hard to build a culture based on customer satisfaction.  For me, this investment will pay off because Magnolia will always be the first company I call when I have heating, cooling or plumbing concerns.

Another OUTSTANDING service experience from Magnolia Plumbing!  I had maintenance performed on my boiler today.  Reggie D. arrived well within the two hour window and was extremely courteous and thorough.  Not only did he explain what he did, he also talked me through every component of the boiler and  its function.  He also, at my request, adjusted the settings on my water heater and gave an equally detailed water heater education.  I greatly appreciated Reggie D's caring competent service.  He's a true professional.

Magnolia was great. They were extremely professional and honest. Came in and had the job done quickly - moved all my appliances for me, wore booties, and even put down drop cloths. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional plumbing company. Thank you Magnolia!

Darrel, my technician, was very knowledgeable and courteous, did an excellent job and even performed a few items of work, like a general plumbing inspection, that I had not originally requested, but asked for after he arrived. The customer service was exceptional, and I would happily have him return to help me care for my home.

We had a small gas leak in our basement. Magnolia plumbing was very prompt and attentive at getting someone to our home to fix the pipe, check the other pipes, and turn our gas back on. The plumber they sent, Darrell, was certified to work on gas pipes. He was friendly, skilled, prompt, neat, and willing to answer any questions that we had. We were very happy to have the problem fixed in a matter of hours, and highly recommend this company.
