The kids love this place. We went here for our sports team end of season party. The main desk staff were great, the bartenders were great, the food staff were great. Then our party went upstairs for our trophy ceremony. We didn't have any food or drinks with our room, I didn't know that as a parent chasing my younger child around the whole time, and when I asked a server if there was water, she turned it into a big dealing. Honestly, all she had to do was direct me to the bar, but she told the manager who came along that I complained and I should right up and said "wait a minute, I did not complain I simply asked if there was water up here by the room." I definitely felt the woman was snarky about my request for water. I'll definitely take my kids here again, bit I'm not so sure I'd do an event here after that. Also, the cards are a bit sneaky... If you are left with less than the amount needed for a a game, you pretty much lose it. If you go to the front desk they told me they would charge you 1$ activation even though the card is already activated... I could not add increments less than dollar increments in order to use it all up and be left with 0$. So all those 30¢, 75¢, etc cards left are wasted.

Xmas party for work... Food = excellent! Beer list...counted 10 taps and overheard that there's 16 more bottled beer brands... Games were fun, activities were unique... Many eating areas... The whole building was exceptionally clean!

I would give 0 star.... Management was horrible for our party last saturday night. Drinks did not come to us for at least 25 min after ordered. Server did not know what kind of wine they carry and also complaining that she was there since 9 in the morning. Nothing was provided according to contract when we reserved 2 months ago with sales office. We had to ask for it, luckily i had copy of contract on my phone. I called to speak to sales office about event on Monday, management from Saturday night told her it went smooth. I would not recommend this place for any event.

Family of four outing to go bowling.. $7 is not really the deal, they charge another $5 for shoes - so for a family of four it’s $48.00. Then the unlimited bowling is also BS they let you bowl one game at a time, unless no one else wants a lane... we bowled our one game and had another one half done when they kicked us off our lane for a private party. I have a son with autistic son so it was a nightmare for us. Manager acknowledged that they treated us wrong but was not willing to make it right! didn’t have the capacity to issue a refund, didn’t really care how the situation went wrong, he offered to give us card to play games... What a terrible experience for our family, lower your expectations!!!

I drive a school bus and brought a group here from a summer camp. Very clean and staff very friendly. Bowling, video games, laser tag and food what more can you ask for. I recommend it for a fun time with the family... I don't give many places 5 stars but this place is worth it..m
