TL;DR: I've been to a lot of trampoline parks, this one is NOT worth the money. Let me start this by saying trampoline parks are a hobby of mine, and I go at least once if not more times a week to different facilities. This was the worst experience I've had out of any place. The trampolines had no bounce to them compared to anywhere else, not to mention that the foam pads around the trampolines had absolutely no give to them, and felt like they had solid metal rods under about an inch of foam. I was genuinely scared to try any new tricks as this seemed like such a safety hazard. I was disappointed that I was scolded for doing basically anything besides a single front flip into the foam pits. Whats the point of even having them? The only shine of hope in the entire facility is the ninja course, which was entertaining for about 10 minutes before we got scolded at for trying to find new ways to complete the course. The only other minor thing that I was disappointed with was the blackout lights on Friday. Typical trampoline parks provide black lights, but this place just shut off *most* of the lights and had a few lasers. I'm not going to advertise to any other park, but I highly suggest looking at other options. Unless you have young kids who will just run around the trampolines and will not do any flipping, this one is not worth the money.

Kids loved the ninja warrior and dodgeball. Besides that the rest of the facility was above average to industry standards. The kids just wish they had more time to play. Create a year membership and you got at least 2 customers for it.

DO NOT COME HERE.The trampolines have the quality of a 2nd graders handwriting and the staff is way too strict. No backflips?! Take your money to any other competition it will be better spent. Edit to the boss: hey uh yeah last time I checked springs shouldn't extend a meter long and they also shouldn't squeal like hogs every time you jump on them just shut it

We came on a Monday it was empty. The place is under staffed so we literally could not do certain things simply because there wasnt enough attendants. If theres not enough staff and you cannot do certain things whats the point of coming? I'm really disappointed we won't be returning.

Terrible with a capital T! 1. Lots of space but it hasnt occurred to the management to provide more sitting space to the patrons. Why would we buy food if there is no where to sit and eat it??? 2. The ATM was out of order - that encourages people to spend money! 3. No or very few outlets for the poor parents who need to work to plug up computers while giving their children a little play time... 4. Rude concession stand staff. Big disappointment! In response to manangement....if you regularly have this problem the smart thing to do is address it....weekends happen every week...additional seating, on weekends, makes sense...bottom line.
