Food is awesome. Bowling is exciting. Laser tag arena little too small. (I'm picky) Good amount of games. Prizes are way over balanced to earn. Awesome bar. Excellent customer service. Great for meetings.

This place was overpriced, under-delivered, and generally left me underwhelmed. The bartender also seemed to know I was ready to tab out as ignored me (and my buddy) for almost 15 minutes. Bowling would be amazing if they weren't rushing us through our game. Would not recommend.

Great for a party! We had our daughter's sweet 16 here. There's a staff member that takes care of your group. He got all the food and drink orders for our group before we started laser tag. When we were finished, our table was ready and he served us quickly. The food was very good, much more so than I expected. He then delivered the presents that were stored in the back while we were playing and served the cake we brought with us. A couple of members of management checked with us to make sure everything was great. It's easy to add on additional activities/amounts to the game cards for the kids. It was a lot of fun for eveyone. And with a full bar, lots of TVs and free WiFi, it's easy for the parents to be entertained while the kids are playing, if you don't want to join in. Although we had a lot of fun in the laser tag and with the games we played, too.

Bowling was fun, but they didn't inform us that we were on a timer. Loved laser tag, it was my first time doing that. While all that was fun, the service was not very good. Absent and rude waiters. Ours actually said he needed us to hurry up and close out our tab because he needed to go home and wanted his tip. Now we had already paid the bulk of our meal. Just 1 of us had an open tab for a beer when he said this. Also didn't bring a check, just took the card and ran it without showing the total. There are other places for bowling n laser tag, would rather go there.

I come here mainly for the bowling leagues but also other times when I just have a couple hours to kill. Ive been 20+ times and have always had fun. Everybody from maintenance to management is friendly and provides great customer service. Management (specifically Mike and Michael) truly care about our experience and go out of their way to make sure we're having a good time. The waitresses have always taken great care of us, as well. Main Event can get busy and sometimes there's a short wait for a bowling lane but there's always something to do. They have tons of video games, a great bar, pool tables, etc. I'd recommend this place to anybody age 7 to 77.
