Let me start by saying every aspect of the bank deserves a 5 star rating except one. I have been banking there for 17 years and have nothing but praise for the staff and the service provided. That said I would advise people to never do a currency exchange through the bank. The provider of currency that the bank uses charges 6.2% above what one could get elsewhere. My fault for not asking how much the exchange would cost prior to my order.

I have been banking at Marlborough Savings Bank since I was a child and my parents started a passbook savings account for me. Now I am a business owner and the bank has grown with me throughout the years as my needs have grown. I typically deal with the Southborough and Westborough branches, and they all take the time to know your name! Any normal banking problems I've ever had have been met with the utmost professionalism and always in a timely manner. Marlborough Savings Bank is definitely "A Great Bank!" (5 STARS!)
