I purchased a home in July of 2017, using Cindy Stanzilis from Main Street Realty.  Cindy was nothing but a professional, answering every question and responding to every email as our agent.  While we did a lot of research on homes ourselves, she also had an alert set up to send us potential houses based on what we were looking for.

On a Thursday night we saw a house that interested us.  Cindy got us in to see it on a Saturday, and we placed an offer with her guidance that was accepted that same day.

I highly recommend her as an agent.

This realtor only shows their own listings, a small fraction of what's available.  If you are looking for a house in Collingswood, do yourself a favor and go to Zillow to see EVERYTHING on the market.  Opportunities are missed because they are slow to return phone calls.  They don't hold a candle to the major real estate agencies in the area.

Very disappointed that they only show a fraction of what is on the market. If they didn't list it, they won't show it. Do yourself a favor and find a larger real estate company.
