Need better manager..

Do not let this new place trick you and there are unprofessional workers at the leasing office. There are few things that they do not want you to know until you paid your application fee which is non refundable (Use money wise). This place is for LOW INCOME people only, not average or high income people. Unprofessional workers like regional managers did not accept their responsibilities for their mistakes, period.

HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Its a shame because this is a real nice place with so much potential. However, the leasing office has to be a serious JOKE! I called and all I got was hello in a real nasty attitude I had to ask if i had the right number! Then after I started asking questions the person responded as if some how I was suppose to know the answers already & I was an idiot for asking smh. The attutide alone made me not invest not even 1 more second in this JOKE. Ill take my money somewhere else where they actually hire REAL proffessionals and not Pookie from down the street!
