I have gotten the same person, sandra, on the phone a few times to discuss personal and sensitive info and I must say I have no clue how or why she got into health care customer service. She has one of the most judgemental tones and makes it for uncomfortable to ask for help. They need to have better training on answering the phones because it puts a bad taste in one's mouth. I might shop around for another doctor because of the attitude and judgement I felt I was given.

I've been waiting two weeks to have lab work scheduled. I was called twice from the office by people to ask about dates I'm available for Drs appointment and lab. I gave both the same info. I called back after not hearing from anyone. Apparently, they were scheduled. However, no one called me. I was just told. Sorry.  This is unacceptable. They should recognize the urgency when a persons health is at stake.

Had kidney pain for weeks. They scheduled me for cat scan but found no stones. They told me when I asked what to do about pain/ what now..." We'll call as soon as we get an answer...been waiting 3 hours. 
Last appointment, I sat and watched staff on phones play Angry Birds and not get the phone. The next day, I called about results, was put on hold, passed to EIGHT different ppl who only wanted my name, spelled,  and date of birth. All I could think was how many angry birds does one need to kill before getting to my call....

I spend more time at Mercy Express Care than at thus office where mine and my children's doctor is at. You can't get an appointment and today I have been waiting 4 hrs. to get help to manage my daughter's pain from an illness!! And most of the office staff are not knowledgeable and rude.

Going to see the doctor, even for a simple physical, is not the most ejoable experience. However, the doctors and staff at Maine Medical Partners in Westbrook have always been super-nice and great to interact with.
