This place is pretty awesome for a rest stop. Very beautiful, at all times of year. A lot of effort has gone into the land scaping and I appreciate it every time I'm there. The women's bathroom is clean and in good working order. It is one of the few bathrooms with polished steal mirrors that actually work and are not too distorting. The touch screen state guide computer has some cool features too including likelihood of seeing a moose by location and prevalence of crashes by location/Hwy. There is plenty of car parking but truck parking is limited. That said I've never been there when I couldn't find a spot.

Clean, big water conserving bathroom area. Starbucks, BK and Etc. convenience stores, are pricey. State themed novelty items, GAS! Lots of parking, dog walk area as well. Carved state bird out front A.K.A. moose! Picnic area not observed... but not looking for it either.

A nice place to stretch your legs and to get some good info about places to visit while in Maine. They have a lot of brochures and such where you can pick and choose what to do or go. They also have a person there that can answer questions everything related to Maine..

Clean facility and nice attendants. To bad vending machines only take care because of theft and vandals! Couldn't get a snack without being charged fees on my card which would have made a $2 small bag of chips cost $3.50 in the end. Wal-Mart sells them for $1.59-$2. I'll just wait until I find the next gas exit and pay cash!

Welcome to Maine! The people there are very friendly and welcoming, and helpful with directions, places to see, and maps etc. If you stay long enough you're bound to hear a good story or two and meet some interesting people as well.
