What a great place of business very informative beautiful people the woman there Lisa bye the end of the purchase I was calling her lovely Lisa what a great person inside and out, John another awesome fella went over every car almost to put us in the right  vehicle that fit are needs and wants and if he couldn't he'd go out of his way to find the right car for us, Cameron the sales very respectable young man without question pulled up any research he could find on cars to help inform the proper  vehicle information is correct and up to date. Overall by the end of the sale we felt like we were family. Thanks Cameron John and Lisa for the awesome car experience look forward to our next purchase with you guys

As a Warranty Company working with Mainland Auto Sales since 2012 I have seen what a great job they do at providing excellent vehicles to sell and their attention to detail in getting them ready for sale.  Their customers who purchase vehicle service contracts know Its true that  even great vehicles can have a bad day.  The excellent performance of their portfolio shows why customers enjoy the vehicles purchased at Mainland, come back to buy again and refer their friends.  It is a pleasure  to be partnered with a great family operated company like this who knows how to treat a customer.

I purchased an SUV everything appeared to be good with the vehicle until I signed the paper work.
After the paperwork was completed and I now go to leave in my new truck I start it and engine lights go on. To make a long experience as short as possible.
By the time I actually brought the truck home it was 3 weeks later and the throttle body, 2 ignition coils and plugs and the oil filter housing had to be replaced.
within a week it was leaking coolant and the fronted was all over the road and had developed a hard shift. 
I brought to the shop along with my extended warranty papers. 
The intake manifold was cracked, the radiator was cracked 2 more ignition coils were bad it needed a new torque converter a new upper control arm and a new hub bearing.
A substance was found on and around the cracks as well as an additive in the coolant.
The shop was great handling my warranty but it only covered unto $1500 with a &100 deductible. For $100 more Mainland could have offered the next level of coverage which would have covered a lot more but never offered it.
After all fixed and 6 weeks later I have my truck then a week after that the blend door actuator went. $45 part $300-350 in labor. Now into it for an addition $3000 
I bek
live there is some shady things going on and would advise everyone to STAY AWAY from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
