Smooth from start to finish. Quick dispatch and Jerron, my technician, arrived on time. He assessed the problem, provided a quote, and went to work. He finished the job in the time he said it would take to complete it. He swept up after the work was done and was very kind and respectful. He even sent a thank you postcard afterwards. I recommend Majestic to my neighbor and she was very pleased with their work and prices as well. Thank you!

This is our first time to use Majestic to do the electrical work. The electrician Dustin was very knowledgeable, he showed up on schedule and got the job done professionally. We highly recommend this company to everyone who need the electric service.

I called Majestic Plumbing to fix two clogged drains.  The plumber arrived and gave me an estimate of just over $500.  I thought that seemed high, since the drains were not even totally stopped up, just draining slowly.  But I had used Majestic before and trusted them and I was in the middle of a business conference call, so I did not look for other estimates (a big mistake).

The plumber was finished in less than 90 minutes.  After he left, I did some checking online and discovered that I could have gotten the job done by any number of other companies for under $250.  The next day I got a call from Majestic asking if I was satisfied.  I said I thought I had been overcharged and the lady calling told me the plumbing manager would call me back to discuss it.  I never got any further calls from them.  Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

Very happy with the guy from Majestic Plumbing. He identified our problem and was very knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. He actually stayed extra hours until he was satisfied that his work was absolutely correct. He was very personable and professional.  I completely endorse Majestic Plumbing. (Also the cost was very reasonable)

I've had Majestic do work for me a couple times and every time, their service was impeccable. They were always on time, great communication and very easy to make appointments with them. Will definitely call them again for any future work I need done.
