I highly recommend The Pink Plumber for any septic tank needs. Their customer service representatives assigned to my account were excellent providing updates and time frames. My technician Cody Harbin was  knowledgeable and trustworthy!!!! All questions and concerns were addressed.

My Environment Specialist was Antonio B. This young man showed the experience/expertise of a 50 year professional. He was very smart and knew his craft inside and out. He was professional, articulate, respectful and presented the facts concerning my system in great detail as he was entering each stage of the cleanup. This young man is poised beyond his years and Pink Plumber got a gem in this extraordinary team member. Because of Antonio B I will call upon this company again......asking for Antonio B and will recommend him to anyone in need of your services.

Sunday morning hot water heater rusted out.   I made an online request for emergency service and received an immediate call back.  Jack, the Service Pro arrived when I was told (we received an email with his picture and name before he arrived - REALLY COOL).  Jack is an extremely professional and knowable pro who replaced our hot water heater, cleaned up and everything is still working perfectly a week later.  We had really thought that we cud never find a good plumber (numerous large and small projects with bad experiences in the past) and then we called the Pink Plumber.  We now have a GREAT plumber!

Our next door neighbor had their septic tank serviced by Pink Plumber and recommended them to us.  Our septic tank had not been serviced since our house was built in the 1980s so it was no surprise than it needed work besides draining. Shannon was the plumber who worked with me and he showed me the areas of concern and explained my options thoroughly.  We had checked around and the price was reasonable for the work done.  We would definitely recommend Shannon and the Pink Plumber to anyone.

I called on a Friday, late afternoon, and was told they would be here between 1 and 5 PM Saturday. At 3 on Saturday they called and said they were running late but would call one hour before the plumber arrived. At 6:45 PM I had heard nothing so I called again and they wanted to know if it could wait until Sunday. I explained I had to turn my water off late Friday night because of the leak and they said they would try to get somebody there. At 8:45 PM the plumber showed up. So, i was not impressed with their punctuality. But the plumber himself, Brian F. was great and he clearly would receive a 5 star review. He did the job thoroughly, professionally, and with patience, given that he was here on a Saturday night. I would have no problem using them again, so long as I could have Brian as my plumber.
