Story

Majestic Pools and Spas has been making your summers enjoyable since 1968!
We currently have two different locations. At our Transit Rd. location,
you can see our complete line of spas, spa accessories, above-ground pools, and
pool accessories. You can find our service department and in-ground pools location
at 4370 Walden ave in Lancaster, NY. Give us a call or stop on by and check out
our great deals!

I go here at least twice a month. I've actually gotten out of the habit of testing my pool water because the water lab on site is perfect! Everyone is EXTREMELY helpful, I've NEVER had a bad experience at this store. I don't go anywhere else for pool chemicals, advice or to test my water and the prices are competitive with any I've seen online....it's a one stop shop for ALL of my pool needs!

We have been coming to Majestic pools for years - the service is wonderful and everyone is helpful. We have both a hot tub (purchased from Majestic) and an in-ground pool; each one has had some challenges and bringing the water to be tested has resulted in solutions that have worked quickly and thankfully been right "on track" ! Customer service is great as well - there is always someone willing to help and guide you towards what you need. Highly recommend going here for all your pool and hot tub needs!

We have been a Majestic Pool Customer for over 30 years having bought an inground pool from them back in 1986 and have been loyal to the store and the people who work there ever since. They provide an invaluable service in testing our pool water whenever we need to have it done and also provide expert advice on how to service, maintain and keep all operations of our pool going smoothly. They have a very long history of dedicated customer support and service at their location there in Depew which I greatly have become to appreciate very much and sell all of their merchandise at a reasonable and affordable prices. Stop in anytime if you have a problem or want to learn more about maintaining your pool in great shape. They have all the resources,merchandise and expertise to cater to all of your needs.

I've bought 2 hot tubs from Majestic in the last 15 years and I've bought all my supplies from them. They have always been very helpful in making recommendations and helping to test the water to make sure it has all of the proper amounts of chemicals. I highly recommend Majestic for spas and pools.

I buy almost all my pool supplies at Majestic Pools and have been for about 20 years. That includes a pump and motor, solar water heater, summer solar covers and winter covers and chemicals. I have never had a problem with anything purchased. And with coupons and specials, there is no need for me to buy my local supplies anywhere else.
