Consistently good work and very pleasant staff. We at least have had no issues with pick-up or drop off or with articles being lost or with the quality of cleaning (unlike another cleaners in Riverview). The company consistently runs discount coupons (the % varies depending upon what is to be cleaned). We typically use the 15% off coupon that we find in the weekly Flyer publication delivered as an insert to our home in the mail. We have used this firm for quite a few years and will continue to do so. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. We learned our lesson the hard way using a less expensive competitor that resulted in stained/over pressed/scorched shirts and suits, lost suit pants and sleeping bags that came backwith sand.

After only the second time going to this cleaner they lost a dress shirt and subsequently refused to give me the rest of my dry cleaning until I paid for the entire cleaning charge, including the cleaning charge on the lost shirt. When I asked for a credit on the cleaning fee for the lost shirt, the person I was dealing with took the clothes off the rack and informed me I would not get any of my clothes back until I paid for the entire bill, essentially holding my clothes hostage. She was extremely stand-offish and condescending to me, and made it clear she was not interested in helping resolve the issue. I eventually spoke with the manager over the phone. The manager told me to fill out a lost item form. When I asked questions about the form the “worker” ignored me. After several attempts to get the worker’s attention she looked up and said she wasn’t going to help me because I was giving her an attitude. Given the situation, I thought I kept my composure so I’m not sure where that was coming from. I felt like I was dealing with a child. I filled out a form but after several attempts have not been able to get any answers or resolution. Outside of this situation, I find this cleaner to be low quality and overpriced. There were several shirts I got back with stains that I’m pretty sure did not exist prior to their cleaning services. They also don’t return the collar stays. For the price you pay I would expect much better service. You are better off going somewhere else.
