If you want a headache and want half of your clothes missing - go to this place! They gave majority of my wash/dry/fold order to another customer! Luckily she was still there when I came in and told me that half of her order wasn't hers. I noticed I only had one laundry bag when I brought in two and realized they had given her my clothes. The worst part is that they didn't even compensate us for the inconvenience. On top of that they had the nerve to go up on their prices! STAY AWAY!

that's BS! only the owners would write such a review like that. I can't believe they allow bussiness with such terrible employees and service to stay open and rip off the public. OMG, what terrible phone ethics and language barrier, we could not communicate, (she ) should not be answering the phones period. My buttons where NEVER replaced and they denied that they broke them. Drive an extra mile and use someone else to dryclean your garments and spare yourself a headache (or a heartattack for that matter)
