We chose Major Painting at the suggestion of our local Sherwin-Williams store after a recent move from Massachusetts. We had a lot of work that needed to be done that was above our level of skill.  We could not be happier with the job that Chase's crew did.  If we had a problem, it was addressed in a very timely manner.  The quality of the job was first rate, and his crew was friendly, courteous, and respectful.  We've already recommended Major Painting to a couple of our neighbors.  Special shout out to Alex, who was the lead on our crew...a job well done!!!

Chase DeRousse has made the process of maintaining my Class A medical office buildings much easier.  His service-oriented demeanor, years of experience and family history in the industry, and guaranteed results are nothing short of exactly what my property owners require and what I need.  He has been patient and accommodating with time-sensitive projects critical to the improvement of the buildings.  He also takes care of my tenants' personal spaces with professional and seamless communication.  Having been recommended to me by the director of property management at CB Richard Ellis, he has proven that his firm's service can handle the biggest clients in KC, while providing A+ service to private boutique shops like mine.

Highly Recommend! 

Unfortunately, my Home fell victim to one of the September rain episodes, resulting in a flooded basement and sub-basement. Walls, floors, and trim all had to be addressed. I initially called Major Painting and spoke with Chase inquiring about the paint portion of my “remodel.”

After explaining my situation, Chase informed me that he not only can do the paint, but do a full restoration. He worked with me and my insurance perimeters to help select materials and styles that would inevitably improve my house and fit in my budget. After all was said and done, they were able to keep me under budget and finished ahead of schedule. 

Major Painting impressed me with their professional crews in all areas I.e drywall, paint, and flooring. They worked in a timely clean manner, always being respectful, working to not dirty other areas of my home. Chase frequently checked in on the crews and followed up with me to make sure all my needs were met. 

Whether it is a disaster relief like I experienced, to a remodel or paint upgrade, Major Painting will have my business!

Cannot day enough about these guys!!  They were courteous, punctual, neat, and very thorough. They replaced some trim and caulked every inch of the house. The detail work on the trim is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone!!  Thanks guys!

I was very pleased with the company and the persons that worked daily in my home. Very quick and they cleaned up after themselves daily. Great customer service and the work was done in the time indicated.
