I put one star. Actually, I wanted to put both a 5 star rating for the past... and then a 1 star rating for how it is now. I don't suppose that I'll be going back. They have set it up so that you have to pick your seat before you enter. The days of buying a ticket, then walking in, picking a seat, sitting down are gone. You now pick your seat when you buy the ticket. It's no longer she who gets there first gets to pick. You could settle for scraps.... but then if someone sits next to you that you don't want to partner the movie with, what do you do? You've paid for a specific seat. Can you just get up and move? What if someone else has bought that seat but hasn't shown up yet? One of my great joys in life was going to the movies, opera too, especially here at Malco. I will never go again if I have to pick my seat before I go. Nope.

Very nice theater. The main thing I like is the atmosphere. It has a very nice foyer and the whole thing just oozes the whole "movie theater" vibe, if that makes sense. I don't go to the movies very often, and the look of this theater just makes it exciting when I do. I don't know. It's just nice. Employees are hit or miss like most other places, but I've never had a particularly bad experience. It's pretty clean too.

Since the remodels occurred the customer service at general atmosphere has changed! I love the new seats! Much more comfortable then what they used to have! I’m excited to see where this update can take this company! The IMAX is beautiful! Huge screen and sound system is amazing!

My family and I went to watch The Last Jedi recently here at the Malco Cinema. This was not the first time we have visited the cinema, but it has changed since we last viewed a movie. I must say that it was very satisfying. The popcorn (large) was good as ever and lasted through the whole movie. My siblings and I also had some white cherry ICEE drinks that tasted very good too. The recliner seats were very comfortable and the room we were in seemed to be clean, but it was kind of dark so I suppose I wouldn't truly know. Altogether, the Malco Cinema was a great place to watch a fantastic movie.

Our first time there. We were thoroughly impressed. Great service, comfortable reclining chairs, plenty of room. Beautiful and clean building. Will definitely be coming back from Harrison, AR.
