This tax filing season, I found myself stressed and losing sleep over our complicated tax filing this year.  I went to Malone Tax & Bookkeeping and I was able to meet with Sam Campbell.  We recognized each other because I work at a college where Sam was a former student.  When I left his office, I felt like I could relax again and was in good hands.  He completed our forms promptly and professionally and I would highly recommend this service.

I have been a client of Malone Tax & Bookkeeping for 7 or more years, they are up to date, professional, and quick. Customer service is great also.  I would highly recommend them.

This is in response to Neal Libby

We answer our phone but Mr. Libby was calling an old number.  I've updated with all appropriate websites and phone companies but a bad number does remain out there and there is nothing I can do about that.

His tax return was prepared correctly.  Mr Libby did not give us all the necessary items to prepare his return and therefore it was an incorrect return. The return filed on his behalf was correct for the information we received.

He was told this and we helped him with his concerns and he is now good with his state tax return. Mr. Libby does not understand that he was the sole reason for the errors and no matter how much I talk to him he doesn't get it.

I just need them to fix their state tax screw up from my 2011 return but they are nowhere to be found! Don't answer phone(not even msg. w/ open hours). Won't answer emails either!  Very much a Mickey Mouse outfit!   Beware!

I can highly recommend Randy. He has been doing my taxes for a number of years now and has always done a thorough and complete job. Very efficient and easy to deal with, even with my shoe box full of receipts when itemizing! I wouldn't think of using any other tax preparation service.
