Outstanding service from the team of Chris Todd, Georgette, Barbara, and Norman. I needed to replace my carpet with wood plank looking tile. Chris picked out the perfect tile, and came to the house to confirm I was happy with the choice and it blended in with the rest of the house. The installers were professional and do great work, and cleaned after themselves. The whole works! Then Georgette called and apologized for a shortage in tile to finish the job and in the meantime I ordered more tile to finish all the bedrooms as I loved it so much! Finally, had a follow-up call from Chris if I was happy with the final product.

Service was fantastic. They are knowledgeable and easy to work with, that is a rarer quality than you might think. Really could understand my personal take on my project and help me make the right decisions to accomplish my goals. They politely warned me and provided an alternative solution about one of the "bold" decisions I thought I was making. I wish I had heeded those for they were right.

Best customer service of any store in town regardless of product. Store was also very well organized and appealing, would recommend to everyone when it comes to carpeting.
