Don't bother. Took an expensive comforter in for dry cleaning on 10-25-17. Was told it would take a week or so. No problem. Called in a week, was told a boiler broke and it wasn't ready. Not sure what a boiler has to do with dry cleaning, but ok. Waited another week, nope still not ready, but it would be ready by 11/10. Nope. 11/17... nope. Was told it would get bumped to the front of the "to do list" to be ready by 11/22 as I had company coming for Thanksgiving. Went in today...guess what? STILL NOT EVEN TOUCHED. No real concern on the part of the person working there. Was told I could take it back. Ah, ya think? They had a hard time finding it to return it. After MUCH DIGGING THRU A PILE ON THE FLOOR...IT WAS FINALLY UNBURIED. Unbelievable. I dislike leaving poor reviews on local businesses, but this was ridiculously poor service. My comforter sat in a heap on the floor with others' stuff tossed on it for nearly A MONTH. I don't even want to bring it into my home and have who knows what bugs or dirt transferred from their floor or other peoples' stuff to my home. Off to buy a new comforter and find a new cleaners. On the night before Thanksgiving. What a joke.
