This place deserve negative rating, but unfortunately I don't have that option here.We called for an appointment in week days, got reply that you should come on weekends for walk in. When we got there on weekend and asked for the doctor. The front disk old lady was so rude and unfriendly. She replied that the doctor is not accepting new patients. She even didn't listen to me. Sucks very bad place and very rude staff. Spoiled our whole day, wouldn't recommend for any one.

This has the be the most pointless medical Center in Canada, if not North America. I could visit a 3rd world country and be treated better than to waste my time in here. If you plan to go, just drive down to centenary and waste your 3-4hr wait there to get help from professionals. I personally knew Dr Ingberg, he was the only doctor worth the experience and advice.

The wait times here are ridiculous!! Booked an appointment at 7:45am, still sitting in the waiting area an hour after with no clue when I'm up next. What is the point of booking appointments? They may as well be a complete walk-in clinic. The staff are the worst ever! Not helpful at all and they have the worst attitude. It's very disappointing considering I've been a patient for over 20 years and the quality of service continues to diminish over the years. I will definitely be looking for another family doctor going forward. Dr. Paul O'Brien is a great doctor, but the wait times and quality of service given by the receptionists is not worth the added stress and negativity they give to their patients.

I've been a patient going to this clinic since 1985. I use to live in Scarborough in Malvern but moved to Whitby and the only reason I still go there is because of my doctor..Dr.Steven Kramer and his receptionist Cathy. Dr Kramer is the best family doctor I know..he cares about his patients and has time to listen to them. We're not rushed through like cattle and handed prescriptions just to get us in and out. All of my family now go to Dr. Kramer,if he can't fix you he knows a specialist to send you to that can. Dr Kramer is a very thorough doctor and friend to our family after 30 years of him taking care of us all. Thankyou Dr Steven Kramer...your longtime patient Debbie MacDonald-Hardy.

Dr Paul O Brian has been covering my family since the 80s from the time they immigrated to Canada. I was born in Canada, hes the best, the most compassionate and caring for his patients, when it comes to my family. Hes accurate when it comes to diagnoses, helps out when you have financial issues with your medication and probably one of the few reasons I even come to the center for check-ups. Ive been to a variety of doctors in the center and many of them pick biases and act real condescending to their patients. For example, I cant remember his name but I went to the my appointment with a hoody because it rained and it was chilly. I went for heavy migraines and the doctor thwarted the idea that it was a migraine and claimed I had a fever and should take pills that ended up not even working for me. He didnt even break into telling me about my condition, he just wanted me out of his office. The receptionists are busy, I wouldn't say condescending, they just look old and tired of their positions. They really could treat the people coming in with some gratitude if they wanted. Finally the absolute reason I hate this centre, overpopulation means longer wait times, hooray! The wait times there are disastrously long, especially when patients are so selective with their doctors. Paul is pretty popular so waiting for him takes hours if not the entire day. You come in for a 7:45 appointment and you end up being called by noon. Thats how seriously long the wait times are and that really needs to change. Pharmacy has a ton of merchandise but more costly than going to a supermarket. Its real expensive for medication if you dont have a drug card. Upstairs is very roomy, the cafeteria however you cant eat in unless you purchase food. Its a calm place overall, could really change a few things.
