I gave it a few chances, and it actually got worse. Clearly high turnover with staff, if management is present, that's all they are is physically present. Staff clearly not trained. Food arrives Luke warm at best after taking forever. You would figure if you were only one of 2 tables in the whole place that you would have no problem getting service. Fact is that my 7 year old would make a better server or manager

Food is always good. The use of fresh vegetables really touches off the flavors and texture of the dishes. But this is the second place where the waitstaff had a dramatic rejection of their own food offering they would never try it -the slaw. 
Waitstaff always seems a little overwhelmed though the inside business is not that busy. Floors always dirty. Restrooms need attention.

Tried a new place. Normally, I'm a little reserved about trying a new place but im glad i did. Sesame Chicken rice bowl was excellent and the egg rolls were awsome! Made fresh and flavorful!

Awesome staff! The food was really delicious and came so quick! Great lunch spot with lots of windows, friendly ambience and a great Iced tea selection.

I like this place but things were a little different than i remember.
 We stood in the doorway for a long time until I had to flag down a server myself.
 The server had to clean the table when we arrived even though they were empty. The server could rattle off all the current teas they offered but could not substitute tofu for chicken in the lettuce wraps, which they used to do for us. We informed the server we were interested in slow dining and did not wish to be rushed. Throughout the meal we were being prompted for the next course within 5-7 min of getting our food, and offered a take home box before we even finish our dinner and  was not offered dessert   . I opted to not order dessert and to finish the meal  and leave instead. My husband had to polish our silverware himself as there were spots. I understand about "turning tables" to increase profits, but the restaurant was mostly empty, so unnecessary.  I know the server was just doing what they were trained to do, however, I did not appreciate it at all as it was our 19th anniversary dinner. The first we had celebrated in over 14 years. The food was good and I'm sorry the kitchen staff has to suffer this review due to service.  PS I would love to see the green tea served in other than plastic pyramid bags, yuck! I was drinking hot plastic chemicals in my tea.  Yes, there is a towel left on this table in the random pic.
