Service Was Good. Food mediocre.  Food greasy...pasta swimming in grease.  It all tasted like It came from a box.  Considering its Italian..I would think it would be more creative with a few extra ingredients. Garlic bread greasy with little flavor. They lost my new years eve reservation and ended up eating in the basement. I personally went there after Xmas and made the reservation..  Sad to be so disappointed cause it's a nice place with nice people.

Bought a pizza, not good. Tried again, this time meat was old, crust was stale and tough, ingredients not fresh.  Horrible experience! Need to hire cook from old Silver Spring location. Their lasagna and pizza was very good. Profits would easily double, in addition to number of customers.

Dined at the Mequon location. We were seated promptly and our server was prompt. We ordered wine and a beer. Took forever, our server checked at the bar twice, looking for our order. Finally a man went to their wine cooler and pulled a bottle of wine. We ordered mostaccioli with meat sauce. There was such a small amount of meat, it was basically sauce and noodles. Our server never came back to our table and asked about our food. He certainly wasn’t friendly, no smile and a very bored expression on his face. Our garlic bread lacked garlic flavor. Not good good like it was in 1968

Food is bland, service is hit or miss. Sometimes the employees can be rude, they have a young staff. Meh is the best word to describe this place.

First time here...mediocre menu at best...food was horrible!! Egg plant hard appeared to be cooked in microwave, meatballs cold and salty, chicken parmesan, dry overcooked...everything tasted substandard like it came from a box! I will never return!
