New Years day 2013 Manchester Taxi was scheduled to pick up my family and I at the Stratton Mountain Welcome Center and take us to the Albany airport. No one showed up! We called the phone number listed and no one answered or showed up. We missed our flight back home. UNBELIEVABLE! What a day. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I call a week ahead of time, and when I arrived at airport, the car wasn't able to be found, I called and no one picked up, waited about an hour then got into a cab at the curb, VERY UNRELIABLE!!!
