So we bought a bed for our 4 year old 4th of July sale, they said they should have it by August 4th.  August 6th no call no bed...
I called them they said we will call you back with an update.  No call ! I went there and finally got them to get me the bed I paid for over a month ago. .. that's not the kind of service I expect when I pay a hundreds upfront!

I wanted to go to sleep train but they closed at 6pm and it was 536. So I decided to look here and they close at 7pm. Sang was my sales person and he was great. Helped me make my own decision and informed me of warranty and return policy. He even put up with my crazy kids and gave them ballons. Explained my recipet to me and shook my hand. Now that's what I call service!

Pretty happy with my purchases here, they feel very solid.  Service didn't blow me away or anything, but it was certainly not a bad experience.
