Today I went to Macy’s I’m Concord,CA to do an exchange. I was hesitant to complete this exchange because of my past experiences with employees in the past. To my surprise, I was greeted by the nicest , most helpful, patient associate that I have ever dealt with at this Macy’s location. She was knowledgeable and very informative in every aspect during our interaction . From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out of the establishment she was professional and attentive. Her name is MARISSA handbag department. Definitely future management material. 10 stars!!!Thank you

Macy's have been our favorite store for Decades! We totally give them 5 stars; if there were more they surely get them all with no Problem! We encourage all to visit. Please note that merchandise vary from store to store. Enjoy!

The sales associates are more then willing to go put their way to help. Good customer service. God bless them.

Very sad a another customer we being rude to me when I put that customer in there place the two sale tired to call security on and then the sale lady threw my bag to me across the counter and that was really rude as sale person she was in the men's section around 730pm with short punky hair and glasses on very rude I think she was being bais because of the color of my skin
