Story

Mane Attraction Salon was established in 1977, and has been in their Biltmore location since 1981. Education is engrained in the MAS culture. All stylists go through an intensive internal training program to ensure the highest standards in our industry.

I’ve been coming to Mane Attraction for 5 years now to see Alissa, she keeps my hair beautiful and helps me accomplish whatever new style or color I feel like trying out! The salon and the staff are amazing, I always feel like I’m at home- a very fancy, modern, tranquil home 😉👍👍

I would like to challenge you to think for a moment of the last time you had an incredible experience when having a service performed.  I would dare to also challenge anyone to be able to truthfully state their last experience was something they want to share.  However, I would like to highlight Mane Attractions Salon!  Why?  Simply put, because this Salon represents the Very Best Experience you could expect to have while having a very personal service performed.  The Staff at Mane Attraction are (by far and away) the Best Trained I have encountered...and I have been in the industry for 27 years and worked in the very best Salon in Denver.  Not only do the Stylists possess incredible expertise, but the Supportive Staff is professional and desirous to ensure a positive experience.  I would like also like to thank the Owners of Mane Attraction for their focus on training as it is quite apparent it has paid great dividends.  Please...whatever you do make an appointment...to experience something that has long since been forgotten...incredible service, courteous staff and highly trained Professional that will provide you with a very memorable experience.  Simply put, Mane Attraction is the Best Salon I have had seen!  Enjoy your visit, You Deserve the Best and will get the Best...Mane Attraction Salon in Biltmore.

Everyone knows your name at Mane Attraction. They greet you with sincerity and enthusiasm. Kendall's advice on hair care has always been correct. He makes your hair do what it was 'grown' to do. His thoughtful, analytical advice has never been wrong. Once in Philly, a woman approached me on the street and said: "Please tell me your hair was cut locally." Sadly, I couldn't but she photographed my hair and said she was determined to find someone who could do it.  I love Mane Attraction.

I went to this salon for a while.  My experience started out great - I had a haircut I loved and the color was beautiful.  But it was downhill after that -  first repeat haircut was nice, but the color that was simply horrid -  I did return a week later  and it was fixed at no charge (with a different stylist), but still, I had to walk around with the awful color for a while.  Then I had a terrible haircut at a later appointment.   I will say that the stylist that I saw is no longer there,  but the salon needs to be more attentive to the quality of the work of the stylists............obviously some are good - but others are not.  My particular stylist was considered their top tier - so some quality controls should be developed for this tier - maybe she was good once......This type of inconsistency is not good for a business ---- good reputations are built on high quality work that is consistent .  So as with most salons, it is hit or miss.  I will say that the ambience is great and I like the clean look of the salon....but looks aren't everything.

Worst  Experience ever...Hair totally ruined by Ronda. I asked for platinum blonde highlights, on the pictures you can see what I have now.. And its when Sye tried to fix it. Its going to take me 6 to 8 month to fix my hair, plus a lot of money again. Owner's wife was rude to me, when I asked for my money back. They don't really care as long as you pay $200, $ 300 each visit. Trusted those "professionals", but very disappointed
