If I could give this a negative star review, I freaking would. I ordered a the meat lover’s whatever it was called and an order of mozzarella sticks. When I say they sent me undercooked mozzarella sticks…they might as well have sent them to me still frozen and said “cook them yourself”. The pizza was mediocre at best but now, I have to fight with Uber eats to get my money back for part of this order because I REFUSE to pay for woefully under cooked ANYTHING. Oh and I ordered extra pepperoni and mostly definitely didn’t get it, because of that was “extra”, I shutter to think of what a regular order would have looked like. You take a look at those mozzarella sticks and tell me you’d feel comfortable and confident in serving that to anyone, let alone paying for it.

I have tried to give this business several opportunities, but they never learn from their mistakes. They continuously get my orders wrong. When you bring it to their attention they act like jerks about it. Never take responsibility for their numerous errors. Zero customer service skills. Management does not practice problems solving skills. Done trying with them!

I went today to get a couple slices of cheese pizza. The venue itself looks like a mess, There's three tables squashed inside with hardly any room and they were messy. However, there are some outdoor tables if it's not too hot.  I was placing an order for pickup, so I wasn't too concerned about the dining space. I order a 2 slice combo and an order of 6 garlic rolls. After waiting about 5 minutes, I was given my order and I proceeded home. It wasn't until I got home and opened my order, did I realize what I was given. The pizza was burnt and looked old. The dough was hard and was more like a cracker, and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. The garlic rolls were so hard, you couldn't even bite into them. To think they sell large pies for $30.  At this point, it's been a long day, and I didn't have the energy to go back and request a refund or a new order. I did have the energy to write this review to warn others as I wish I would have followed my instincts and eaten somewhere else. Extremely disappointed.

Morning morning, p I thought I would give it another chance, but this place is awful went today, Tuesday awful people uneducated very low class place is dirty. Once you walk in, you can see the dust everywhere I guess it it blends in with Halloween can imagine the bacteria that goes in the food, if you want to get sick they should shut this place down very dirty place people don’t go pepperoni pizza did not have hardly anything on top trying to cheat they mess with the wrong person. Going to have a talk with my uncle

First time ordering from here via slice. I thought I was getting food from the kendall location because the reviews on slice were almost 5 stars. Instead, I received food from the S. Dixie one with 3.5 stars. While not stale, every item I ordered was very cold. My son's pizza had a piece of hair on it. I requested a 6:45 delivery, but my food arrived an hour early. I tried to cancel the order, but it was too late by the time I realized what location I ordered from. Lasagna had too much meat and cheese; not enough pasta..was hardly edible. Slice needs to have location information listed more clearly.

Used to love it here but the pizza wasn’t very good this time. Tasted like cheesy cardboard. Had to throw the mozzarella sticks away since they were just lumps of hard cheese. Was told the order would take 45 minutes so that’s when I came. Maybe it was done sooner and sitting there and lost quality? Im not sure.Food: 1/5

I wanted great pizza late at night and I wasn't disappointed. I found excellent pizza at 2am.

First I’d like to start with the food, it’s not that good. The garlic knots are not actual garlic knots but just hard pieces of bread with oil on it. Alfredo employee was super rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned that I didn’t like the food I got, he told me it wasn’t his problem. If I could rate 0 stars I wouldFood: 1/5

so.. i have been searching for pizza that takes me back to my teen years living up north... well, this pizza is the closest so far.. it had me remembering walking home from school and stopping at Presto's Pizzeria on 60th.... just to grab a slice and a coke...Food: 5/5
