Also known as Melinda Whitmore.. This is the first PCP I have ever felt comfortable with in 30 year's. The staff is wonderful and puts up with alot. Trust me, I can test patience. They listen and take the time and I've never felt rushed and always felt I was important...always.
I truly am thankful to my husband for the recommendation and if this helps anyone else wondering if they should or not.. You should. You won't be disappointed. 🙏

I wish my experience had been better. I was a new patient and scheduled an annual preventive physical exam. That's where everything went wrong. I asked if I need to take any special action prior to my exam and I was told absolutely not. Just to take a good shower prior to the exam. We both laughed at that statement. Of course, when I arrived the first thing asked was "have you eaten or drank anything in the past 12 hours". So the blood work had to be rescheduled for another day. I had to take time off from my day to come back and do the blood work. After the blood work, 7 to 10 days they will contact me with results. 14 days later, I called them. They told me to come in to discuss the results. I show up and they requested $127 to discuss the results. I didn't understand what good was an exam that is covered 100% by insurance but to see the results,  I have to pay. Highly disappointed with the staff and doctor's policy for reviewing results from an annual.

Have been here before. They did Great Work! All of the Staff is highly trained, and is the best of the best. I will make them my Primary Care Provider  (PCP).

I am very pleased with the treatment i've had by Dr. Phan. He has taken the time to talk with me about some issues I was having and made thoughtful suggestions. that is something unfortunately rare in medicine today.

when i have gone in for the "standard stuff," allergies, upper respiratory infection, I have been seen same day but by his PA. This was also unrushed thoughtful treatment. 

Note that they close for lunch at unpublished hours so if you are dropping by midday to pick up a prescription be sure to call first. I'm not sure of the hours.

I highly recommend this practice.
