I am well treated here. Everyone is friendly as well as knowledgeable. The therapy is better than other places I've been or heard about. Therapy is not supposed to hurt, according to them. And it works. The doctors are excellent as well.

Wow- I had been in pain for seven months and shuffled from doc to doc- in one visit Dr. Dirnberger knew exactly how to treat me. I can walk again. Seriously. I have my life back. IF you are in DFW- come here first. It's worth the drive.

My husband started seeing Dr. Randy Davis 1 year ago after having a horrible experience at his previous pain clinic. We were referred to Arlington Pain and Therapy by my place of employment, Cardiology Partners. Dr. Davis was amazing. He took the time with us and really listened to what was going on. He helped my husband tremendously over the last year. My husband had an appointment coming up. He called to reschedule it because the receptionist scheduled the appointment too far out for his medication refill. He was notified during the phone call that Dr. Davis no longer was with the practice. We were not told why or where he was going, just that my husband had no choice but to see the new doctor, Dr. Boone at the appointment he already had scheduled. We really didn't know what to do at that point. Due to the fact we live in west Fort Worth and their practice is in south Arlington, we decided to find a pain doctor closer to home. My husband also could not go 4 days without his medication even though he asked for a sooner appointment. We called 2 seperate practices and they both requested records from Arlington Pain and Therapy to see of they could get us in this week. Most pain clinics will not schedule an appointment without medical records first to prevent doctor shopping and getting multiple pain drug prescriptions. The records were requested Tuesday and neither clinic has received them yet. My husband called the practice again yesterday basically begging for an appointment this week because he can't go without his medication. They ended up scheduling him for this afternoon with Dr. Dirnberger. The staff was friendly and Dr. Davis' medical assistant who now works for Dr. Dirnberger was professional and courteous to my husband. Dr. Dirnberger was not. He was upset and angry that my husband was looking for another pain clinic. He did not do a physical exam or assess my husband's pain levels, or even asked why he was looking for another practice. He basically gave my husband a 30 day prescription and a termination letter (that was already typed up/signed waiting on him) and told him to never come back, then stormed out of the room. So now, we have 30 days to find a new doctor and we are at the mercy of Arlington Pain and Therapy to provide the new practice with records before we can even be scheduled. I have never in my life been more appauled at the lack of integrity and unprofessional behavior from a medical doctor.

This place is top notch. Dr Butler is a super doctor. He took the time to listen to me and did not rush out of the room. He answered every question in laymen's terms and made me feel as if he really heard me and understood my needs.

These therapists have the most harmonious relationship I have ever seen in an office. The environment is very cooperative and pleasant. I have had treatments and assistance from Aimee, Eric, Gage, and Sebastian and they have all been very professional and helpful. It is a very clean office with a supportive front desk staff. I have definitely improved since having physical therapy at this office.
