I've been here several times now, only for sushi.  The prices are on the more expensive side, but you are paying for quality.  The sushi is very good.  The atmosphere is average (at least the times that I have been), but they have a cute patio that is probably very nice in warmer weather.  The service is lacking - each time I've been the place has not been crowded, but the waiters seem disoriented and flustered.  It also takes longer than usual to get a waiter's attention and be served.  Overall, the food is good and will keep me coming back.

Manu's is a very interesting take on sushi lounge meets tapas bar. I think because of it's location among the Portuguese restaurants, the tapas option is a good call for those that aren't fans of sushi. I only tried the sushi here but the tapas menu looked quite interesting as well. 

After seeing the famous sushi tower on Yelp, I decided that I needed to try it for myself (or mostly photograph it for myself). The fish was really fresh and while it was kind of expensive for an appetizer I think it could easily be eaten as a meal itself or split between several people. I decided to eat it as a meal and I was definitely pretty full. There was salmon, tuna, and yellowtail along with cucumbers, avocado and rice.

The ambiance is pretty nice considering its location in Newark and while I didn't get to check out the upstairs it looked like a good spot for private parties. There is a bar as well and I believe that they have happy hours here so it's definitely a good place to stop into after work.

I love the food here, but the prices are steep and the service is not the best. Even when you sit at the bar and it isn't busy, you have to keep waving for waiters to get you water. Sometimes you ask for the check and it takes like ten minutes for them to get to you. But again, the food quality is excellent. The desserts are not worth it, though.

The sushi is delicious and their octopus is even better!! A nice spot to visit at night, very mellow and service is friendly and great!!
