I love to be serviced and tended to. As soon as I walked to the bar, my experience was catered to. A little drag to get my check but it's expected by the staff when you are served such huge portions. Grabbing a check and dipping off is merely impossible. That delusioness has to settle over some classic Portuguese wine. Ciao and thank you!

My husband made a reservation for 17 people. The food is good but the waiter service was the worst. My mother ordered a plate of crab legs and changed the sides. He did not bring his plate and he said no one asked him. My sister had to give him half her food. Once the dish arrives he says that there were no sides and he brought him what he wanted and had an attitude with my mother. We ordered desserts and coffee and did not bring it. Finally, he added his tip. Which we did not give it completely. I would go back but I would ask another waiter because if he touches me I'll make him eat the dish.

I will make this short.  Food was just ok, sangria nothing special.  Service, well service was horrible.  Half of employees cannot communicate in English, I've asked waiter for a fork and knife he turns around and says "Yeah man"  For educated individuals who want to enjoy great food and be treated with respect as you should be b/c this place is not cheap, this isn't for you.  Bad experience!!

I arrived around 7 on a busy Saturday evening to place an order to go. It's 8:30 and I'm still waiting on my food. Whenever I complain, I get a mildly sympathetic look and whichever waiter I'm talking to inevitably walks away.
When I ask to speak to the manager or person in charge, they tell me no one in charge is here tonight.
Great food but beyond very poor service tonight.
My mom is at home sick and I volunteered to pick up food for her and my dad and brother. Very poor choice for a to go order.
Perhaps my rating is unfair because I've had good experiences previously.  
I'm just disappointed beyond belief.

The meat is ok but what I feel made the restaurant special was the amazing seafood. They give you bread and a little something extra. That something extra is absolutely amazing. The servers talk to you like your a friend unlike most restraints that they only ask mandatory questions. Overall I had a really good time and would recommend this restaurant for others
