***Update*** I called Tony the owner and he spoke with the guy who gave me problems. It got sorted out so I am going to stick with this place. But definitely not an experience I wanted to go through so gonna go with a 3 star rating. The rating might go up in the future depending on how things go.

I had given this place a 5 star review 2 years ago, but now they have a new manager and has problems so I changed it to a 1 star. He added a part on my vehicle before getting confirmation from me that I wanted to spend the money. Then when I refused to pay for it he raised his voice and started getting angry. Then he said he would refund me for it but said that he never wants me to come back again. I told him I bought a bunch of coupons for free and half off oil changes and that I wanted a pro-rated refund on that if I wasn't allowed to return. He denied selling that to me which was stupid because they were right there on the wall for sale. I told him that I have been a customer there for 5 years, spending thousands on fixes, but he still told me to never come back. If the owner, Tony, reads this. Please call me at the number I left on your voice message. I am willing to change this review but something needs to happen.

Gas is cheap. Open later than the holiday next door most days. Theresa is awesome.

Was sexually harassed while working here by my manager. When brought HR no one ever replied to me or did anything but fire me for whatever reason they could find. Wasn't the only person that this happened to either. This place is a joke.

I brought my car in today to Maple grove BP for an oil change.  I called yesterday and scheduled my appointment.  Even though i was 20 minutes late for my appointment they promptly brought my car in and told me that it was totally fine.  Erik Jerde the service writer was so courteous and even got me a great deal.  Mike and Brian in service were both very funny and nice and made the whole experience enjoyable.  I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Maple grove BP,  they do a wonderful job and their staff is very friendly and professional.

We have been coming to BP for 10 years and have always had a positive experience.  They are always willing to get us in the same day if necessary. 
The staff is professional and friendly. 
They try to save us money wherever possible and never make up things that may need to be fixed but aren't necessary.
