I haven't enjoyed shopping at this location for the 2 months I have lived here. It is my opinion that the staff are rude and inconsistent. The management needs training and the staff needs to remember the customer isn't working for them, nor is the store doing the customer the favor of being there. It's a mutual relationship about getting food/product to the home table. I am waiting on a call from the district manager now. I am now on level 3 of their management level and thus far have yet to encounter a manager that is good at resolving their issues. This review is only regarding the Maple Grove, MN location.

It gets four stars for no fault of it's own. It's not close to where I live. With the sizable selection of organic products, this is easily the best choice for my family. It is however not the most convenient so we don't get there very often. I could go on and list the reasons to shop here but, I'd sum it up by saying if you watch what you put in your body you won't see price as a deterrent, only necessary! I will give this location a 5 if by some chance a location comes out toward me.

I love Trader Joe's because of their quality products at reasonable prices. They are kid friendly and the staff are always willing to help.

Good staff. Has most things I need, most of the staples anyway. If you're looking for more specialized things, you may need to go elsewhere.

The way everything looks. The way everything smells. It's wonderful. You never know what kind of goodies you will find. The only bad thing would be, the website says they sell Dragon fruit. Which they do not.!
