If you need a place where you can feel comfortable and get a GREAT work out, Fit Body is the place. I have tried so many different gyms and camps over the years, but I always quit going. The real reason for stopping is because I lose my motivation. This place is so different and someplace I hope I never have to quit. The coaching is wonderful, the coaches watch and make sure your doing exercises properly. If you can't physically do an exercise, they modify it for you. Along with the awesome coaches, are the best members. We support and encourage each other so much. This is such a different workout environment that even if you've tried 100 different places, try this place, you have nothing to lose but pounds and inches.

MG Fit Body Boot Camp is exactly the type of gym I was looking for and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great support system that makes a healthy lifestyle feel super natural and easy. Group fitness classes with an amazing, encouraging environment for people of all ages and skill levels. Everyone is so welcoming and the coaches are extremely friendly and knowledgable, pushing you to improve and hit your goals in a very kind, respectful way. No two workouts are the same so this gym keeps you interested and wanting to come back! I genuinely miss when I can't make it to my weekly classes and I have seen great results. I can't wait to see how far they take me! Thank you coaches!

It took me years to find a fitness home and this place is IT! Sign me up for: 30 minutes, results and workouts that never disappoint. It's the Cheers of fitness studios- everyone is so welcoming. If you're at all curious check it out- you will be so happy you did!

I have been to every gym, tried every fad workout/diet there is. Fit Body has changed my life and perspective on working out. You will not find a better community of support and a better full body workout out there. Its only 30 minutes and you leave SOAKED in sweat and feeling energized! Try it out....change your life!

I love fit body boot camp! They work with you not against you like other trainers! I have a previous shoulder injury and they understand how to modify my workouts. Other trainers have pushed me to hard where I almost pass out. You work at your own pace and do what feels right for your body!!! I highly recommended boot camp, awesome staff and awesome people!!!! 👍
